To give our Veterans safety trust travel and help other’s suffering PTSD a specific mission to help support and nurture their need to go from uncomfortable to comfortable safe settings and hostel’s fellowship are missing from our current American healing choices. New studies are saying that Vitamin D3 organic available at a natural food store vitamin section helps people overcome post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Studies link depression with low vitamin D3. We can get vitamin D in both our food and sun however foods don’t have this and most people are avoiding the sun for fear of skin cancer. Patients who suffer depression and recall of their traumatic events under Vitamin D3 recommended dosage will have a decrease in symptom ratings compared to those with placebo.
The results showed that there is a relationship between low levels of vitamin D in the blood and depression. This research also found that taking vitamin D, particularly in large amounts, improved the symptoms of depression. Taking a vitamin D supplement can improve or prevent depression. It is always better to take organic all natural vitamins than those which are synthetic.
