Women lack Women’s Rights in Male Dominated Societies
How do we help our male dominated societies to better collaborate for individuals, families, communities and countries?
The gift of life has unfair expectations for a woman in male dominated societies such as Brasil and the American continent. Why is a male dominated society unsustainable?
We can substitute the current passive or agressive models of communication with non-violent and assertive communication.
We can all have improved societies different from our ancestors male / religion dominated societies.
Dominating religious and societal teachings can undervalue a woman’s intelligence, abilities, and the chance for science, critical thinking and men of quality to respect women. Gaslighting is a type of communication that men in male dominated societies have done to manipulate women.
What is Human Being Quality?
How do quality processes such as a homeless bill of rights, social justice, Six Sigma quality, human rights, fair trade, livable wages, gross national happiness, we lead USA, democracy, project management professional and progressive social welfare programs intersect?
This is what we are reporting on at #Win4News we call for Human Being Quality #HBQ to learn more about this on a recent interview with Aline G. Oliveira on how to increase Women’s Rights in male dominated societies.
Daniel Roy “Backpack” Baron citizen of Knoxville TN. USA with Aline G. Oliveira citizen of Sao Paulo Brasil. This comes from my one month of living in Sao Paulo Brasil and doing indepth interviews with women here to learn their unique struggle in a male dominated society. This article comes from my seven years living out of a backpack travelling the world and being a talk show host for the last five years. This is how I earned the backpack nickname as a backpack journalist. Here is a recent interview Aline and I had on this topic.
Violence and sexual harrasment has been part of the American continent and Brasil for far too long.
Physical male strength has played an important role in male dominated societies. You’re celebrated if you have male physical power.
Society celebrates males to exercise their male physical strength rather than their feminine side. Men who express authentic emotions are bullied.
Boys are promoted to be naturally smarter than girls. They know how to manipulate tools, numbers and whatever is needed to work and make a profit.
Making a profit is not always the same as happiness.
What about Gross National Happiness?
Gross National Happiness (also known by the acronym: GNH) is a philosophy that guides the government of Bhutan. It includes an index which is used to measure the collective happiness and well-being of a population.
The term Gross National Happiness was coined in 1972 during an interview by a British journalist for the Financial Times at Bombay airportwhen the then king of Bhutan, Jigme Singye Wangchuck, said “Gross National Happiness is more important than Gross National Product.”

We can do more to promote Gender Equality!
Boys have a lot more freedom than girls. Boys are programmed by male dominated societies to do whatever they feel like in any relationship even if it is abusive. In a boy’s free time they relax, go out with friends or whatever.
Gender equality when women lack women’s rights in male dominated societies
Financial challenges in our American continent “Predatory Capitalism system and the emphasis of the Gross National Product instead of Gross National Happiness” has challenged individuals, families, communities and countries to live peaceful lives.
Safe, healthy and positive versions of these survival needs should be available for EVERYONE and then we can all begin to achieve world peace.
- Everybody should have access to a job with meaning that they love to do
- All people should have healthy, safe and positive needs met
- Far too many people meet their Predatory Capitalism basic survival needs with unsafe, unhealthy and negative versions of survival needs and this is why we all (“struggle with peace”) at the individual, family, community and country levels.
Humanity thrives when people work together. An “Intentional Community” shows what happens when people take this premise to the next level — by living together in a village of their own making which reflects their shared values.
Intentional Communities come in many shapes and sizes, and go by many names. This includes cohousing, ecovillages, cooperative houses, communes, and so on. We believe there is strength and beauty in this diversity, and our aim is to support it.
IC.org exists to serve this community movement. We offer tools, resources, and information to find, start, or join an intentional community, and to make the most out of your community project. Learn more About IC.org.
A safe, healthy and positive community supports each of it’s members and in turn the members help support their community.
We can all work towards passing an Equals Rights Amendment
There is hope and there are societal systems like intentional community, Equal Rights Amendment, Gross National Happiness, debt relief, and Democracy Socialism that give us all hope for a better future.
At #Win4News one of our theme songs is FREEDOM by Pharrell Williams!
Sometimes the wife or partner can have limited financial income to get away from a home that has domestic abuse. We need to create more domestic abuse shelters.
Divorce can come from a place of slavery and deception and this can be a dysfunctional family. Unfortunately this is a far too common story in male dominated societies.
Why marry or have babies in a male dominated society?
Women should not be forced by male dominated societies to be the only people doing the tasks of cooking, cleaning and taking care of the kids.
When women are the only ones to have these tasks, everybody is happy except for women. She will be limited, restrained in an invisible routine surrounded by obligations that can lead to burnout and sickness.
There is no vacation, recognition or dollar income for these tasks. These tasks could be shared equally among everybody in the house. A woman deserves to have free time in her life for herself without feeling guilty.
As a girl or woman we have less chances to be hired or promoted or to have the same wage for the same work that a man does. Girls are programmed in male dominated societies to look pretty, talk soft, and be gentle.
The guys and the societal programming of male dominated society say that girls talk too much, that much of what women say is bullshit and that women should listen and not speak. Nobody hears what the women says then the woman screams.
A woman is called crazy when she screams. If you see a woman screaming it is easy to think she has problems but the cause of a woman’s scream has deep roots in humiliation, violence and guys judging them to be hormonal or crazy.
A woman does not usually fight with their hands and their last resource is to scream.
We can start to recognize that when a woman screams they are not crazy. They have a voice that needs to be heard and they have feelings that we need to hear. A mission of #Win4News is to give voice to the voiceless.
Everything bad that happens to a woman such as being spanked, raped or killed by a guy is not always seen as the fault of the guy in male dominated societies.
The first thing a guy asks of a woman who is spanked, raped or killed by a guy is what did the woman do to provoke that attack?
If you see a woman screaming realize that she is being violated in some way that is deeper than her and she is begging for help.
People in male dominated societies are not listening to women. This can lead to a family that lacks freedom and resources.
This poor treatment is why we need more emergency shelter service programs on the American continent then in other countries. A woman’s voice is more accepted and respected in the Netherlands than in the Americas.
High heels always looks good and appealing, even when your foot bleeds or you have your nerves shortened. If you do not have a body and outfits that shine like a chandelier nobody will buy you.
You will not be noticed and you will be humilated by your partner looking for others and trying to make a match by eye contact desire in front of your very eyes.
Women can feel as if they are Jesus getting down from the cross and they are forced to wear clown makeup all in the interests of looking pretty and coming across as charming. In the family, if a son or a daughter has problems it is seen as the fault of the Mother and not the Father.
Women are taught to compete with other women to be the best looking among all women instead of collaborating with other women.
All of these types of negative societal programmings come from male dominated politics, media and entertainment. This programming can go against safe, healthy and positive communities.
How can these male dominated standards serve humanity?
Why continue male dominated societal teachings?
Women will try to keep up with this daily routine the best they can. They will try to deal with their pent up feelings in a healthy manner. We need to figure out how to be free from these outdated and unhealthy male dominating standards.
A woman tries to escape from these frustrations and they may turn to religion, television, shopping or a bar to cope.
Woman are societally programmed to be polite, sweet, passive and honest and this is called weakness in a male dominated society.
Women are seen as weak. This is not a weakness but a strength that men should have. A woman takes care of people when needed, but when she needs care this help might not be available from the men in their life. We can all work to have greater gender equality and gender balance.
If a woman tries to get help from the man she is told to get lost and that she is needy. Men are by tradition to be the business men, drive cars and be the cowboy. Women are relegated to the kitchen, serve the family and children.
Where is the gender equality here?
Boys are not taught to support girls emotionally, intellectually, financially or physically.
A woman is influenced to act in the name of love and smile through the good, bad or abuse that a relationship may bring.
It can be considered normal to expect men in male dominated societies to have cheating relationships outside of their marriage. Women should be saints, divine babysitters and never cheat on their husband? This is a double standard.
Women are not taught to study and live like a man. Women are not taken seriously as a guy is, we are not free as they are. Why not?
A women cares about the success of a relationship and women need to be reassured that everything is going to be allright. Reassurances include, “you are doing right”.
If we try to move from humiliation or any kind of sabotage it comes stronger over us like violence and sabotage. A woman has to be perfect all the time and if they are not seen as perfect they can be treated poorly.
These are very high expectations of women standards that no woman can cope with. Every guy who believes in slavery for women it is better and cheaper for them to go ahead and hire professional maids and other services for cleaning, cooking or prostitution. This is cheaper than love.
If the woman has no outside income and men use the financial money to control their wife with no respect. then we have a life time relationship built for disaster.
Male dominated societies have more domestic abuse issues. Some guys don’t like the woman to work because they like to control the woman with money. We can update male dominated societies to the new values of gender equality and gender balance.
domestic abuse artificial intelligence societal influence respect crazy crazy divorce predatory capitalism predatory capitalism Financial Challenges. #Win4News Men of Quality Respect Women’s Equality and Women’s Rights.
The way Predatory Capitalism economics were developed to create too much of a human necessity for owning money. We are all forced to keep believing in a destructive-opressive male dominated society model. If a woman feels that they are being abused it is better to run away from the relationship and be alone.
How do we create meaningful jobs that we love to do and not predatory capitalism slavery based jobs?
Manipulative abusive behaviour by male dominated societies, extreme religions and people cause dignity and respect problems
Children should not repeat male dominated societal outdated teachings.
There is a lack of boundaries and respect of time, space and limits of resources for humanity.
Social obligations based on fear and pain results in inequality, blind ambition and violence.
Most people prefer to watch time passing living in the machine of smart phones, video games, computers and television. We are in what I call the face to screen generation which brings about unique problems and solutions.
Robots, automation, artificial intelligence and computers are taking our jobs and they could take our humanity.
We come together to accept that robots are governed by human beings. We need to ensure that the governing of robots is by people who have safe, healthy, positive and ethical survival needs.
If male dominated society teachings goes into robot and artificial intelligence teachings then we are in HUGE TROUBLE!
A woman should meet her needs (“psychological, physical, social, emotional, spiritual, communication and financial”).
This contributes in their ability to empower and have compassionate care for others. It is a top priority for everybody and artificial intelligence to be trained in nonviolent communication.
Profit is not just about earning dollars or Gross Domestic Product. Profits for a community are about earning respect and Gross National Happiness.
The Predatory Capitalism system along with male dominated societies and a lack of boundaries results in increased suicide, violence, greed, sickness and poverty.
At the age of ten a girl knows how to clean, cook, change diapers and even take care of her younger brothers however this is not a requirement for boys. Why can’t girls be told by male dominated societies a simple message:
Live YOUR life with gender equality?
The current teachings in media, politics and entertainment involved with our Predatory Capitalism system goes against the American Dream.
The American Dream is a national ethos of the United States, the set of ideals (democracy, rights, liberty, opportunity and equality) in which freedom includes the opportunity for prosperity and success, as well as an upward social mobility for the family and children, achieved through hard work in a society with few barriers.
In the definition of the American Dream by James Truslow Adams in 1931, “life should be better and richer and fuller for everyone, with opportunity for each according to ability or achievement” regardless of social class or circumstances of birth.
Also, the U.S. Constitution promotes similar freedom, in the Preamble: to “secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity”.
The American Dream FAILS when we work for the sake of profits in money instead of working for the sake of profits in happiness – inside and outside of our communities.
Let us ALWAYS remember our homeless and those in poverty who wake up in neighborhoods on the wrong side of predatory capitalism. These are the side affects of male dominated and predatory capitalism based societies.
The homeless crisis is a global crisis. Every city on earth has a designated homeless area where the homeless know they are supposed to live.
There are good versions of capitalism when it includes greater collaborations such as cooperative based companies.
A food cooperative or food co-op is a food distribution outlet organized as a cooperative, rather than a private or public company. Food cooperatives are usually consumer cooperatives, where the decisions regarding the production and distribution of its food are chosen by its members.
Food cooperatives ideally follow the 7 Cooperative, or Rochdale, Principles and typically offer natural foods. Since decisions about how to run a cooperative are not made by outside shareholders, cooperatives often exhibit a higher degree of social responsibility than their corporate analogues.
The authentic emotions, caring and sensitivity training of a man can be lacking.
#Win4News Men of Quality Respect Women’s Equality and Women’s Rights.
If a Woman feels trapped in a domestic abuse environment and no one is listening to you and you need a safe, healthy and positive place to go there is hope for you.
There are world-wide opportunities for Women to exchange work for food and shelter. During this time, the woman can try to rebuild their personal life.
Every woman should NEVER forget about what guys and male dominated societies unrealistic expectations from a woman. Try to take care of your life first and keep your job to maintain your dignity or your treated worst without a job.
Keep your sanity and try to live free. If a woman has a terrible situation at home there are still opportunities for them to go to countries and places where woman are much more accepted and loved such as the Netherlands, Finland or Sweden and Hostels.
Unfortunately the U.S. and entire American continent is more of a male dominated society then it should be. Please check out world packers for world-wide travel as a safe effective option to get away from male dominated society.
Hostels, homestays, NGOs and Eco-Projects. Help for a few hours a day and get free accomodation for your travels at world packers.
There is hope and here are areas that male dominated societies can look to increase more of:
Montessouri school education
Creativity and Arts Education
Therapy psychological education and non-violent communication
Ethics in school Economic, environmental and human rights sustainability
We thank you!

We can do better in the areas of quality education and quality of values.. We need a revolution in values both for our leaders and people as Daniel Roy Baron candidate for U.S. President in 2020 #DRBPotus46 and his presidential advisor Geoff discuss from a recent interview in Las Vegas.
